EBDF is a nonprofit, professionally managed, conservation-focused, Protected Area Management company. We have the scale, expertise (project/program management), independence, accountability and transparency to coordinate Protected Area donations & investments ranging from small loans to local resource users, to conservation concession agreements, to large-scale Protected Area Endowments, international NGOs, etc.

EBDF's Mission

EBDF's mission is to preserve Earth's biodiversity for coming generations, by focussing on management development and by financing and support efficient and most long-term effective conservation projects.

EBDF's philosophy

EBDF adds value and influence the projects in our portfolio when and where appropriate. EBDF leaves the projects of running the projects by people who built and manage it. EBDF strive to complement the management team and enhance its efforts to protect a piece of Earth for the coming generation.
